Mother Nature calls you to her heart, for you to meld as one, as you relax and enjoy the gentle Nature therapy bathing invitations in the beautiful surrounds of Anam Croi Gardens. As each Nature element is experienced in turn, your mind, body and spirit are free to explore the most exquisite union with our beloved Earth. Then with the sweet scent of the air and the feel of the breeze still upon you, it is time to lie down and relax for a soothing sound bath and meditation. As you bring your awareness to your own elements within, the sounds bathe you, gently nurturing and returning you back to a state of blissful peace, balance and harmony. This is a truly special experience and beautiful act of self loving care in service to your Divine body, mind and Soul.

Healing and wisdom with the Celtic Moon Trees Sound Bath and Meditation

Relax with the deep tones of the Celtic Moon Tree tuning forks and Tibetan bowls, as you work with these majestic trees acting as your helpers and guides, from letting go of old patterns to the development of inner strength and openness, each tree has a Divine gift to bestow upon you through the sacred frequency of the 13 Celtic Moon Trees. Then you are invited to journey in deep guided meditation to meet the Dryad (the Higher Self) of each of the Trees to receive clarity, knowledge and wisdom from these, our elder brothers and sisters, that hold us with such love. A truly magical experience awaits all those who open their hearts to the Trees.
